Kurikulum dan Kompetensi: Dari Laboratorium ke Layanan Pasien

Pilar Kurikulum

Kurikulum Akademi Farmasi idealnya bertumpu pada tiga pilar: (1) Sains dasar-farmasi (kimia, biologi, farmasetika, farmakologi), (2) Manajemen mutu dan rantai pasok (QA/QC, formulasi sederhana, CPOB/CPOTB/Distribusi), dan (3) Pelayanan kefarmasian (dispensing, konseling, farmasi komunitas/rumah sakit). Mata kuliah soft skills—komunikasi, etika, kepemimpinan—melengkapi ketiga pilar tersebut.

Praktikum Berbasis Kompetensi

Praktikum adalah jantung pembelajaran. Mahasiswa menguasai teknik laboratorium (titrasi, kromatografi sederhana, kontrol mutu fisik—organoleptik, pH, viskositas), peracikan sediaan non-steril, standard operating procedure (SOP), serta penulisan catatan laboratorium yang taat kaidah. Simulasi farmasi klinik meliputi penilaian resep, penyiapan obat, labeling, sampai konseling pasien dengan metode teach-back.

Pembelajaran Berbasis Kasus (PBL)

Modul PBL menempatkan mahasiswa pada skenario realistik: misalnya penanganan pasien polifarmasi, pemilihan sediaan over-the-counter, atau mitigasi interaksi obat. Evaluasi menilai penalaran klinis, kemampuan prioritisasi masalah, dan komunikasi interprofesional.

Asesmen dan Sertifikasi

Asesmen formatif (kuis, OSPE/OSCE, logbook PKL) memastikan kompetensi tercapai progresif. Akademi mendorong mahasiswa mengikuti pelatihan tambahan—misal manajemen cold chain, keselamatan kerja laboratorium (K3), dan dasar farmakovigilans—untuk memperkuat daya saing.
